Copenhagen Diet - description
This diet rejects eating fruits and cereal products, but recommends eating eggs, lean meat, lettuce and drinking coffee. It's also known as "pro-metabolism diet". Because of monotonous menu and low-calorie character it can cause vitamins and minerals deficiency. Eating big amount of eggs can also influence cholesterol level in blood. Quick weight loss (about 5 kg in 2 weeks) can cause general weakness and tiredness.
You mustn’t apply this diet longer than 13 days or more often than once per 2 years, because it can cause general weakness, tiredness and lack of vitamins and minerals. Before making an order you should read and understand rules
