Case Study

This diet working correctly only when you comply it very restrict.

First 3 days are very smooth and light your body is preparing to have less of calories you are very sleepy but every morning you are very fresh. Morning coffee is very fresh but don’t give you any strength all comes from your cache…

Day 5th and 6th you start feel very hungry and week and you must remember it’s only about 600 calories. You have to drink a lot of water to cheat your stomach but these days are very harmful. I lost some weight about 3 kilos.

Day 7th - the hardest day, contains only two meals. It’s better for you not go to work. I stayed at home, was watching TV and relaxing and eat very slowly… I was thinking that next week there are only 6 days.

Days 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th are also hard days but your body start to get used to lack of calories and changes its own global energy administration. Your body starts getting thinner more quickly. I’ve lost another 9 kilos.

Day 12th and 13th - end of the diet. Your organism changed economy and you are not tired so much but you are still very weak and receptive for illnesses. I lost another 3 kilos… The end has come … I was very happy that I survive till the end.

You must remember that this diet changes your metabolism so you don’t have to eat much after it because “YOYO” effect can catch you.  If you will eat the right portion of calories about 1500-2000 you shouldn’t get fat. I lost about 15 kilos. I weighted about 110 and now I’m about 94 and don’t get up....  So best wished and try.

Pick one place at home and work that you will do all your eating. Be sure you are seated. Don't eat anywhere but in that place. Enjoy your food by sitting down and eating slowly. Sitting down focuses your attention more directly on the activity of eating. By eating in the same place you identify and associate that place with the idea that it is the only area in which you should eat.
